Every Friday, our chefs will be creating a brand-new fish special inspired by the freshest ingredients available, alongside a carefully selected glass of fizz chosen to complement the dish perfectly.

Rather than the same dish week after week, our Fish & Fizz menu will change every Friday, allowing our chefs to showcase the finest seasonal fish and shellfish at their very best.
From delicate pan-roasted sea bass and grilled monkfish to dressed crab, native mussels, hake, cod and beautifully prepared shellfish, every dish will be created around what’s fresh, in season and full of flavour.
Each special will be paired with a glass of sparkling wine, Crémant, Champagne or another carefully chosen fizz, selected to bring out the best in every bite.
