We work constantly to create new and exciting menus for The Wellington. Whilst we will continue to keep our vibe casual and welcoming we aim to deliver the wow factor in our food. Our A La Carte Menu features a range of modern British classics done well with something for everyone. For that special touch, look to our specials boards to see our chefs personalities on a plate as they strive to show you the very best seasonal dishes and modern techniques.

The Wellington celebrates the extraordinary palate of chief winemaker Chester Osbourne and his amazing wine selection from the d’Arenberg vineyard. We have over 40 different wines on the menu that range from exceptional entry levels  through to an iconic collection of premiums. The bold, complex and intriguing wines are an unmatched compliment to our fresh food kitchen.
